As breeders, our main goal is to achieve by selective breeding, Golden Retrievers that possess the soundness,
natural ability, and personality that is reflected in the breed standard. And to do all that is possible to achieve and
promote these qualities. The following sale and agreement is made into by and between the following persons and is

Puppy Description
The buyer(s) hereby agree to purchase a Male ___ Female ___ AKC registered Golden Retriever puppy as described

Deposit/ Reservation
Buyer(s) agree that $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars)....NON refundable deposit is required for reservation of a puppy
prior to leaving at the age of 8 weeks old. NO puppies will be released to the buyer(s) prior to the age of 8 weeks old.

Terms And Conditions
1.) To the best of the seller's knowledge, this puppy is healthy at the time of sale. A signed Health certificate by a state
licensed veterinarian was provided to buyer of this day of sale. Stating puppy was examined on _____________2010.
Deeming this puppy free of any contagious or life threatening illness, and is in sound, healthy condition. A stool
sample on this puppy was found negative for internal parasites.
2.) A current vaccination/worming record was provided to the buyer on this day of sale.
3.) That this is an AKC registered pure bred Golden Retriever.
Health Guarantee - Return / Refund Policy
The buyer has 72 hours upon purchase date to have this puppy examined by their vet for a full health exam. Should the
buyer(s) vet find any serious life threatening illness during this exam, the buyer must follow the requirements below
for a full refund of the purchase price.
1.) Call the seller by telephone, within 72 hours - Then, provide seller with a signed, dated, letter by a state licensed
veterinarian stating the illness found, deeming this puppy "unfit for purchase".
2.) Return puppy back to the seller (at their expense) including all paperwork provided on this day of sale. At which
time the seller will provide a full refund of the purchase price. * NO refund will be offered NO exceptions without a
signed letter by a certified board vet, and return of the puppy and all paperwork. And the time frame shall not exceed
72 hours of purchase.
Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any veterinarian fees incurred with the puppy after time of sale.
Refund is only up to the full purchase price.
Congenital/Hereditary Guarantee
Due to varying types of dog food on the market, and the different environmental conditions the dogs come on contact
with, we will NOT guarantee your puppy unless he/she is maintained on NuVet Plus daily at the manufactures
suggested dosage for 2 years - (Length of contract/guarantee). Failure to do so makes this guarantee null and void.
In the unlikely event this dog is suspected of being dysplastic in its first two years, which is considered "severe" that
will affect this dog from normal daily activity. The following stipulations must be carried out by the buyer.
* Notify the seller by telephone, then submit a written evaluation by OFA to seller by certified mail.
* The dog must have been x-rayed for this condition BEFORE its second birthday, but NOT before 1-1/2 years of age,
as sometimes an early x-ray will not portray true results during growth spurts.
* Submit the x-ray to the Orthopedic Foundation Of Animals, University of Missouri, Columbia MO 65210.
* The dog must have never been used for breeding, not overweight, and must still be with its original owner.
* All documentation in writing must be provided to seller upon return of the dog. At which time a replacement puppy of
equal value and sex will be offered in the next litter.
Eyes/Heart
If any condition is found to be congenital with eyes/heart, within 2 years of this sale date. The following must be
carried out by the buyer(s).
* Contact the seller by telephone, then submit (by certified mail) a written evaluation by a certified board specialist .
* Return puppy, and all documentation that was provided, including the AKC registration. And buyer(s) may then
receive a puppy of equal value and sex in the next planned litter. NO refund will be offered or expected.
NOTE: Upon return of the puppy, the seller reserves the right to a second opinion of seller's choice.
Should buyer choose not to return the dog back to the seller, any/all guarantees will be null and void. And NO
replacement puppy will be offered.
NOTE: All costs incurred for exams, x-rays, vet visits, treatments, evaluations elected, are the buyer(s) responsibility.
The seller will not be liable for any vet expense.
NuVet Plus Supplements
The seller has started this puppy on NuVet plus supplements prior to puppy leaving the sellers home. The seller has
provided the buyer(s) with all information regarding this supplement. As well as a starter sample. Buyer(s) agree to
continue this puppy on the NuVet plus supplement for the length of this guarantee. Failure to do so, will make this
guarantee null and void.
Spay/Neuter - AKC Limited Registration
This puppy is being sold on a AKC limited registration. Meaning he/she may still be registered with the American
Kennel Club, however cannot be used for the purpose of breeding. This puppy must be spayed/neutered no later than
the age on 1 year old. At which time the seller will provide the buyer with a AKC registration application, Failure to
spay/neuter before the age of 1 year old, is considered "breach of contract" ~ As it will then be considered this dog
has been used for the purpose of breeding. Should this occur, the buyer(s) must then return this dog back to seller at
their expense. Should it become necessary to pursue legal action, it will be heard in the state of Tennessee. Any legal
fees incurred for breach of contract will be the buyer(s) responsibility.
Return Policy
Should the buyer at anytime become unable to provide adequate care for this dog, and is unable to keep it for any
reason. It must be returned to the seller. At which time no refund will be offered or expected. (Unless otherwise stated
in writing). It must not be re-sold, re-housed, or placed into an animal shelter or SPCA. Seller must be immediately
notified for return arrangements (at the buyer(s) expense). Upon return, all documentation and AKC registration must
accompany the dog.
Precautions
Buyer(s) understand that this puppy has received only 1 puppy vaccination prior to leaving. It is not fully protected
against diseases by one vaccine. Buyer(s) agree to keep this puppy in confinement to only a limited area of their
home/yard until further vaccinations are provided by their vet. And agree they will not take this puppy to pet parks, pet
stores, or around strange animals. And not to allow this puppy to roam freely about the grounds of their veterinarian
on the first puppy visit. As sick animals are often seen at the vet as well.
