We are so proud of Russ and his special boy "Brody" for their achievement and certification for the Paws For
People organization. Russ, I am sure you both worked very hard to earn your place in the Paws For People.

It was Exam day in the Miceli, West Chester household.
Brody & Russ have been working for months towards earning their place with an organization
known as PAWS FOR PEOPLE. They were expected to demonstrate required proper verbal
commands, bond and trust between them; and display gentle affection towards elders, and children
with disabilities thru therapeutic visits.
I'm proud to announce THEY PASSED! This has been a dream of Russ's since we brought Brody into
our family.
Russ and Brody are now officially part of a volunteer therapy working community, that will bring
special one-on-one individual therapeutic visits to someone that may need special attention, such
as private residences, group homes, hospice and hospitals. This program gives people something to
look forward to & something to remember!
Russ & Brody can also help educate & bring awareness to help promote PAWS(Pet-Assisted
Visitation Volunteer Services) at community events. You can check out the organization at:

Brody's preparation for the big day started last night with a nice warm bath (which he loved.) Gotta
always look your best when you put your best paw forward!
